A problem that felt too personal to ignore.
Luis has spent 15 years building software and leading in startup environments. He still loves the work: finding the pattern inside a hard problem, working with strong teams, and making an idea useful.
But he kept seeing another problem. Talented friends and fellow engineers were struggling to find roles that matched what they could actually do. The hiring process made it hard to tell their story, prepare with confidence, and know where to focus.
Rolevo is Luis’s answer: practical career support for engineers and other professionals who want a clearer path to their next role. He stays close to hands-on engineering while bringing the idea to life, keeping the service grounded in how the work and the job market really feel.
